Job description
Position Summary
This role involves maintaining excellent cleanliness standards as per management instructions in a professional setting. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 12 noon to 6 pm, focused on ensuring client satisfaction through diligent cleaning and upkeep.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high-quality cleaning standards by following company protocols and management guidance.
- Proper operation and upkeep of cleaning tools and equipment.
- Foster positive relationships with clients at the contracted site.
- Promptly address any client questions or issues that arise.
- Carry out other reasonable tasks assigned by management.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior hands-on cleaning experience, capable of performing manual cleaning duties.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Proficient in English for both spoken and written communication.
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Dependability and a strong work ethic.
