Key Duties

• Perform comprehensive deep cleaning routines ensuring utmost hygiene and spotless outcomes.
• Execute general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom sanitation, and ceiling vent maintenance.
• Manage specialized cleaning assignments such as window washing and carpet treatment.
• Carry out meticulous inspections of cleaned areas and document findings before and after tasks.
• Report any identified issues or repair needs to management promptly.
• Maintain and restock supplies in assigned facility zones.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines and company cleaning standards.

Candidate Requirements

• At least three years of professional cleaning experience.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle access.
• Sound knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment operation.
• High attention to detail with strong dedication to quality workmanship.
• Excellent organizational capabilities and communication skills.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience with safe chemical handling and cleaning products.
• Possession of an iPhone for job communication purposes.
