Job Overview
Madar Medical Company is looking for a skilled Claims Supervisor to head its medical claims department. The role demands overseeing accurate and prompt claims processing while ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily activities of the medical claims team.
- Monitor team performance to maintain high efficiency.
- Manage the timely submission and follow-up of medical claims.
- Handle denied or rejected claims and work towards increasing approval rates.
- Collaborate with clinical, coding, and billing departments to verify correct documentation.
- Ensure all operations comply with insurance payer standards and internal policies.
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working in medical claims within hospitals, healthcare providers, or insurance companies.
- In-depth understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), ICD-10, CPT coding, medical billing, and claims protocols.
- Prior experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong leadership abilities combined with analytical and communication skills.
