Role Overview

Al Salama Hospital is looking for an experienced Claims Specialist to handle insurance claim submission, oversee collections from insurers and corporate partners, and support the leadership of an efficient revenue cycle management function.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the RCM Officers team and assign daily work in an organized manner.
• Check that invoices and claims are complete, accurate, and aligned with CHI requirements before they are sent out.
• Monitor dispatch activity, collection progress, submission status, and payment documentation to ensure records stay up to date.
• Track denied or reduced claims and coordinate prompt resubmission where needed.
• Support the achievement of personal and team collection goals while following hospital policies.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in medicine or a healthcare-related field is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in billing or accounts work within the healthcare sector is needed.
• Previous exposure to a claim management team lead position in Saudi Arabia is required.
• Having a licensed professional coder credential is considered an advantage.
• Applicants should understand local insurers, TPAs, and CHI regulations well.
