Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a Leading Hand or similar supervisory role, or a strong desire to advance into such a position.
• Background in subdivisions encompassing bulk earthworks, pipe systems, civil works, and road construction.
• Competence in reading and interpreting construction plans.
• Strong leadership qualities complemented by effective communication and organizational skills.
• Possession of a Construction Industry White or Blue Card.
• Valid current driver’s license.
• Possession of various plant machinery tickets is highly advantageous.
• Dedicated to adhering to quality and safety standards consistently.
