About Acquire Me
Acquire Me collaborates with top hedge funds and quantitative trading firms worldwide to recruit outstanding technical professionals. As a driven, founder-led enterprise, we are eager to appoint a Chief Operating Officer to team up with our founders and steer the company's next phase of growth.
Role Overview
This position goes far beyond traditional roles such as Executive Assistant or Office Manager. The primary objective is to enhance the overall business effectiveness of Acquire Me by pinpointing operational improvement areas, developing stronger systems and processes, leading key projects from inception through completion, and eliminating operational obstacles to empower our recruiters to excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with company founders on strategic initiatives
- Enhance organizational systems, workflow processes, and work methodologies
- Manage operational projects from ideation through successful execution
- Create and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and business analytics
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities internally
- Supervise company operations, vendor relationships, and internal platforms
- Organize corporate events, business travel, and incentive programs
- Support marketing efforts and initiatives to strengthen employer branding
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is highly organized, commercially oriented, and naturally inquisitive. They demonstrate a passion for problem solving, process optimization, and transforming strategic ideas into practical outcomes. Current or former roles like Chief of Staff, Founder Associate, Business Operations Manager, or ambitious Operations Manager aiming for expanded responsibilities would align well.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary range of 60000 to 80000 GBP annually, dependent on experience
