Position Summary

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be a key figure in steering the company's strategy and operations, collaborating with senior leadership to ensure alignment and execution of organizational goals. This role demands a leader with proven success in managing multi-site healthcare operations, driving growth, operational excellence, and measurable outcomes through data and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage company operations to support scalable business growth without compromising quality patient care.
• Lead recruitment, retention, and development of talent by leveraging data and performance metrics to mentor leadership.
• Cultivate a culture promoting growth, operational improvements, compliance, accountability, and patient service excellence.
• Provide operational oversight including P&L management, utilizing dashboards and KPIs to analyze trends and make informed decisions.
• Drive business strategy alongside the CEO and senior management, monitoring all functional areas.
• Deliver regular, data-driven performance updates to the CEO and board on opportunities, risks, and key metrics.
• Forge strong collaborative relationships with regional and clinical leaders to enhance financial, operational, clinical, and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in senior leadership roles within multi-site healthcare or healthcare services, with a preference for experience in for-profit settings.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee scalable operations across multiple locations while upholding clinical and patient care standards.
• Strong background in managing P&L and enhancing financial, operational, and patient experience metrics.
• Expertise in employing KPIs, dashboards, and analytics for operational review and accountability.
• Track record of developing leadership talent and sustaining organizational performance.
• Experience with both organic growth and business integrations like affiliations and expansions.
• Ability to build effective partnerships with clinical, operational, executive, and board stakeholders.
• Commitment to patient service excellence, compliance, continuous improvement, and operational rigor.
• Proven capability in translating strategy into actionable priorities and maintaining progress on improvement initiatives.
• Behavioral health sector experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range from $250,000 to $350,000 plus additional bonuses and incentives.
