About the Role

We are looking for a visionary and results-oriented Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead our company's strategic direction, growth initiatives, and operational management. The CEO will collaborate closely with the Board of Directors and senior leadership to set a compelling vision, drive sustainable expansion, cultivate a dynamic team, and secure enduring business success.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years executive leadership experience, including roles as CEO, President, COO, General Manager, or equivalent senior positions.
• Documented success in leading business expansion and transformational initiatives.
• Expertise in financial management, operational oversight, and strategic planning.
• Proven ability to construct and lead high-caliber teams.
• Superior decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, along with interpersonal dexterity.
