Key Responsibilities

• Create well-founded, scientifically accurate answers that cover both fundamental and specialized chemistry topics.
• Evaluate chemistry-related data and responses to ensure they align with current scientific best practices and completeness standards.
• Collaborate closely with annotation leaders and project managers to clarify objectives and maintain high-quality outputs.
• Develop exemplar “golden responses” that serve as high standards for future AI training data consistency.
• Document detailed context and justification for responses to aid in AI interpretability and subsequent annotation work.
• Engage in remote meetings or workshops to discuss goals and synchronize efforts with the contributor community.

Preferred Qualifications

• Doctorate in Chemistry or a related discipline with profound knowledge spanning fundamental to advanced subjects.
• Strong ability to articulate complex chemical concepts clearly in both oral and written communication.
• Experience producing or reviewing scientific or educational chemistry content such as research papers, curricula, or industry analyses.
• Versatile familiarity with multiple chemistry fields including organic, inorganic, physical, analytical, and materials science, with capacity to tailor explanations for various audiences.
• Keen attention to detail combined with a dedication to scientific accuracy and rigorous methodology.
• Beneficial but not mandatory experience in AI, data annotation, or digital content creation projects.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills in remote or cross-functional settings.
