Job description
Job Overview
The Checker Specialist position involves supporting daily operations and fulfillment tasks within designated timelines coordinated with clients and Customer Service Assistants. The role requires updating and delivering reports to clients regularly, including exceptional reports, and working collaboratively with various departments to ensure smooth client operation transitions and consistent quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily operational and fulfillment activities adhering to client-established deadlines alongside Customer Service Assistants.
- Respond to customer ad-hoc requests and provide necessary support.
- Maintain and submit daily and monthly reports to clients punctually.
- Update exceptional reports accurately.
- Coordinate with different departments for seamless integration of client operations and uphold quality service standards.
- Act as a liaison between customers and local operations teams to ensure data accuracy and fulfillment of requirements.
- Support management-assigned special projects and provide backup for the Customer Service team when needed.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety rules and DSV policies.
- Adhere to and update customers' standard operating procedures consistently.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum two years of relevant experience with at least GCE 'O' Level certification.
- Practical experience in warehousing and customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training.
- Detail-oriented, capable of working independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining housekeeping and safety standards as prescribed by management.
