Our team is currently expanding and seeking a Chat Customer Support Representative to deliver outstanding support for AT&T customers.
Role Overview
As a Chat Customer Support Representative, your primary responsibility will be to interact with AT&T customers via chat, addressing their questions, resolving concerns, and providing valuable information about AT&T products and services. Maintaining professionalism and efficiency while managing multiple conversations simultaneously is key.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through chat using courteous and professional language
- Address and resolve issues or inquiries related to AT&T's offerings
- Manage customer complaints effectively to ensure positive outcomes
- Handle several chat dialogues concurrently without compromising response quality
- Record chat interactions accurately and follow up when necessary
Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong written communication skills with a clear and personable tone
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably with chat support, is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and quick thinking in dynamic situations
- Capacity to efficiently manage a high volume of chat sessions
- Knowledge of AT&T products and services is beneficial
- Comfortable using computers and chat support platforms
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Compensation and Benefits
- Weekly performance-based commission added to hourly pay, ranging from $1 to $3 extra per hour
- Monthly commission available upon meeting criteria: working at least 150 hours and achieving a 91% or higher "7 Day Function Resolve" score
- Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime
