Role Overview
As a Channel Data Specialist based in Zambia, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of sales data and store visit information collected by our sales teams. You will be responsible for daily auditing tasks, identifying data discrepancies, and assisting in data accuracy maintenance for seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily reviews and audits of sales representatives' store visits and sales records to detect and highlight any inconsistencies or anomalies.
- Ensure that store visit data is accurate and comprehensive by validating the details provided by sales personnel.
- Document and report all found discrepancies in the data and actively monitor the progress of resolving these issues.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word, for data handling and reporting.
- Excellent data analysis skills combined with high attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data verification.
- Previous work experience in data verification, sales operations, or similar functions is highly advantageous.
