Role Overview

We are seeking personable individuals with strong problem-solving capabilities to provide outstanding service to our guests at a unique Beatles-themed boutique hotel. This position demands flexibility across various shifts, including occasional overnight coverage due to holidays or sickness.

Key Duties

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests at the hotel.

Candidate Profile

• Prior hotel reception experience within a hotel environment, specifically with Opera CLOUD.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence paired with professionalism and an engaging demeanor.
• Meticulous attention to detail with passion for hospitality.
• Flexible availability, willing to work weekends and public holidays.

About The Hotel

The hotel is beautifully restored within the Grade II listed Central Buildings, established in 1884. It features individually designed rooms with custom artwork inspired by The Beatles. Onsite amenities include a restaurant and two bars, with live acoustic performances on weekends.
