Job Summary
We are seeking diligent cashiers who can accurately and efficiently handle all monetary transactions following set company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all cash dealings with customers reliably.
- Regularly update and maintain billing and gift voucher information in software for auditing.
- Proficiently perform batch closing, cash reconciliation, and process card payments.
- Submit Management Information System (MIS) reports promptly to supervisors when required.
- Keep comprehensive transaction records.
- Interact courteously with customers to promote satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- Completed at least Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or possess any undergraduate degree.
- At least six months experience in retail cashier work or sales.
- Basic computer literacy with familiarity handling electronic devices such as cash registers, scanners, or money counting machines.
- Good communication capabilities and adept at managing time efficiently.
- Strong focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Typing speed should be between 30 to 40 words per minute.
