Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Car Driver to ensure the safe and timely transportation of the Managing Director (MD) to various meetings, events, and destinations, while strictly adhering to traffic laws and company protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the MD safely and punctually to appointed locations.
• Comply fully with all traffic laws and regulations to avoid accidents or penalties.
• Plan routes effectively using knowledge of current traffic and road conditions to minimize delays.
• Utilize GPS technology proficiently for navigation assistance.
• Maintain detailed records of travel expenses and submit reports to the MD in the specified format through WhatsApp.
• Be available 24/7 for contact via phone or WhatsApp.
• Inform the MD of entry and exit times during travel.
• Monitor factory gate operations during opening and closing times.
• Communicate any issues encountered in writing to the HR department promptly.
• Control opening and closing of the factory gate as per schedule.
• Allowed a lunch break of approximately 30 to 40 minutes, generally between 2:00 and 2:30 PM.

This role requires strict attention to security and punctuality, given the responsibility of managing the factory’s gate operations and maintaining constant communication with the MD and HR.
