Camp Boss - Full Time Position

About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced Camp Boss professionals for full-time roles, primarily supporting both offshore and land-based operations located at 504 West Pinhook Road, Lafayette, LA. Candidates must possess prior experience working in offshore or remote site environments. This position operates on a rotational schedule involving up to 28 days on-site followed by 14 days off. Compensation ranges from $17 to $23 per hour, with meals and lodging provided. Additionally, an internal employee referral bonus program is available.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistently clean and professional appearance of site accommodations.
• Effectively address and resolve operational or service-related issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain strong communication channels with client representatives on project sites.
• Lead and train staff on job-specific duties and safety protocols in compliance with company and client standards.
• Ensure associates maintain sanitation standards in food service, storage, and living areas.
• Promptly address all health, safety, and food safety concerns on site.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and crew rotations; oversee staff work hours ensuring payroll adherence.
• Monitor budgets and control expenses related to food, labor, purchasing, and inventory; conduct regular inventory audits.
• Maintain high product and service quality standards, investigate client complaints, and implement corrective measures.
• Cultivate positive relationships with clients and staff to secure satisfaction and morale.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Prior experience in kitchen and facilities management in offshore, remote camp, or restaurant environments is mandatory.
• For Offshore Roles: Possession of TWIC card is required.
• Preferred certifications include ServSafe Manager and Helicopter Underwater Escape Training (HUET) for offshore assignments.
