Overview
We seek personable individuals capable of adapting to various situations and making passengers feel comfortable. As the airline's representative onboard, you will assist and guide customers, demonstrating friendliness, attentiveness, and effective support.
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring aviation safety remains paramount.
- Confidently manage in-flight services, security measures, and emergency procedures.
- Complete comprehensive training at our advanced Dubai facility to develop world-class cabin crew skills.
Candidate Qualifications and Experience
- At least one year of experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
- Positive disposition, capable of providing top-tier service within multicultural team settings.
- Minimum education: High school diploma (Grade 12).
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Height minimum 160 cm and able to reach 212 cm when standing on toes to access emergency equipment.
- No visible tattoos while in uniform, without concealing them.
- Willingness to be based in Dubai and fulfill UAE visa employment requirements.

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly basic salary of AED 4,980.
- Flight operation hourly pay of AED 69.60, usually 80–100 hours monthly.
- Overseas meal allowances for night stays reimbursed monthly in arrears.
- Approximate total monthly remuneration is AED 11,244 (equivalent to ~USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, GBP 2,280) in Economy Class Grade II.
