Role Summary and Responsibilities
- Execute statutory audit procedures for clients spanning multiple industries.
- Examine financial statements and disclosures to ensure alignment with applicable accounting and regulatory standards.
- Test financial transactions, verify account balances, and evaluate internal controls.
- Contribute to audit planning, risk evaluations, and maintain thorough documentation.
- Compile audit working papers and ensure all documentation is comprehensive and orderly.
- Spot audit discrepancies and escalate significant findings to senior team members.
- Liaise with client personnel to gather necessary data and address audit-related questions.
- Help in finishing audits within stipulated deadlines while maintaining quality benchmarks.
Eligibility and Qualifications
Applicants must be freshly qualified Chartered Accountants with experience ranging from none up to six months. The position is based in Gurugram.
