Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Exhibit a strong focus daily on Business Readiness and Go To Market strategies, while understanding relevant technical project needs.
• Oversee various projects, including White Label and SDK deliveries, addressing legislation, compliance, third-party integrations, feature enhancements, and improvements.
• Define project scope, goals, and success criteria by thoroughly analyzing business needs.
• Coordinate and manage communications with Project Managers, PSPs, vendors, suppliers, and both internal and external clients to keep projects on schedule.
• Handle project scope changes and improvements, identify challenges promptly, and drive resolution efforts.
• Lead early identification of critical dependencies and risks in project lifecycles.
• Proactively address and minimize risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when necessary.
• Serve as a liaison among Product Management, Technology, and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and collaboration.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Regularly update stakeholders on project progress and required adjustments.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess a university degree.
• Have at least 3 years of project management experience within the payment industry.
• Familiar with project management software, methodologies, and recognized best practices.
• Understand the Software Development Life Cycle well.
• Technical background is a plus.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management.
• Strong organizational abilities, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, time management, and project planning expertise.
• Experience working in international environments.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
