Jio is hiring for a Business Planning Manager role in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai. The position involves working closely with the Vertical Head on planning, performance tracking, strategic programs, and leadership-level reporting.
Education
A graduation degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
Experience
Candidates should bring 5 to 12 years of work experience. A minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, especially handling strategic and large accounts, is essential.
Role Summary
This role is focused on converting business strategy into practical plans, tracking performance, supporting key initiatives, and preparing information for senior leadership decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert strategic priorities into annual operating plans, quarterly plans, and account-wise targets.
- Drive account planning, customer segmentation, and account mapping activities.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives, business review discussions, war room sessions, and executive presentations.
- Analyze business data and suggest actions across sales, operations, and product functions.
- Handle escalations, monitor high-priority issues, and follow through until closure.
- Create reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for senior management.
Skills Needed
- Strong background in business planning, strategy, sales operations, or analytics.
- Advanced Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and reporting.
- Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work with senior leaders and juggle multiple priorities effectively.
