Overview
Weekday AI is seeking a strategic and analytical Business Performance Manager to join the Founders Office in Delhi, India. This full-time role works closely with executive leadership to enhance operational efficiency, business intelligence, and organizational performance. The ideal candidate thrives on solving complex business challenges and building scalable management frameworks that transform data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive business performance frameworks to enhance visibility into organizational health and operational efficiency.
- Create and maintain dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting systems for diverse business functions.
- Analyze operational data to uncover trends, gaps, performance issues, and areas for growth.
- Convert analytical findings into pragmatic recommendations that drive performance and efficiency improvements.
- Design scalable processes that address root causes to enable sustainable operational advancement.
- Lead structured business performance reviews with insight-driven reporting and frameworks to support decision-making.
- Establish accountability structures promoting timely execution and ownership of business initiatives.
- Collaborate across teams to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and align with strategic objectives.
- Work closely with leadership to prioritize initiatives, oversee execution, and track business outcomes.
- Continuously improve business intelligence practices, reporting techniques, and performance management systems to foster organizational growth.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Strategy, Commercial Operations, Business Excellence, or Performance Management.
- Proficient in SQL and experienced in business data analysis and performance reporting.
- Hands-on expertise with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or comparable tools.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex business data, identify root causes, and provide impactful solutions.
- Solid understanding of performance management methodologies, process optimization, operational excellence, and corporate governance.
- Experience in designing scalable business processes and performance measurement systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities with a data-driven approach to decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of conveying detailed insights to both technical and non-technical leaders.
- Adaptable in dynamic, fast-paced environments, with a strong sense of ownership and collaborative spirit.
- A self-motivated individual passionate about system building, operational enhancements, and driving growth through disciplined execution.
Additional Information
Compensation: The salary range is between INR 20,000,000 to INR 35,000,000 annually (20 to 35 LPA).
Location: Position is based in Delhi, India and requires onsite presence.
Experience: Candidates should have at least five years of relevant professional experience.
