Role Overview

The Business Intelligence Specialist will serve in a full-time, fully remote capacity, tasked with supporting both strategic and operational initiatives across Insight Genesis's principal sectors. Everyday responsibilities include examining business metrics and user interactions to uncover growth opportunities, drafting business proposals and strategic plans, and contributing to product development and market expansion efforts. Collaboration with cross-departmental teams to optimize workflows, enrich customer experiences, and ensure alignment between AI outputs and business objectives is vital. This role also entails managing stakeholder communications, assisting in client engagement, and continuously providing insights to refine the platform's offerings.

Candidate Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to articulate findings and liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Customer service aptitude to address user requirements and ensure positive experiences.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled or digital platforms, with experience in finance, HR, education, or health preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline is preferred, or equivalent practical expertise.
• Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and resilience in a fast-moving startup environment.

Compensation and Additional Information
