Business Facilitator - Consumer Durable Loans

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Business Facilitator to promote consumer durable loans at prominent retail outlets including Croma, Apple, and Reliance stores, located in East Delhi. This role involves encouraging customers to choose suitable EMI and finance options, supporting the loan application process, and ensuring successful approval and disbursal.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers at designated retail locations to assess their purchasing needs.
• Promote loan products for consumer durables such as televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, mobile phones, laptops, and other eligible products.
• Clearly explain EMI plans, financing details, and loan options to customers.
• Assist customers in completing loan applications, fulfilling KYC requirements, and handling necessary documentation.
• Coordinate with banking and NBFC teams to facilitate smooth loan processing and approvals.
• Monitor pending loan applications and follow up to ensure timely disbursals.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for loan disbursal.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers and ensure superior customer service standards.
• Adhere to company policies and comply with financial partner guidelines.

Candidate Qualifications and Skills

• 6 months to 2 years experience in BFSI sales, retail sales, loan sales, or similar domains.
• Educational qualification of 12th pass or graduate.
• Proficiency in communication in Hindi and English.
• Strong sales, persuasion, and customer service capabilities.
• Highly target-oriented and capable of driving results in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude and adaptability.
• Freshers with relevant retail sales experience are welcome to apply.

Work Details and Compensation

• Location: East Delhi retail stores (specifically Croma, Apple, and Reliance outlets).
• Working hours: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
• Work mode: Onsite, at the store.
• Fixed monthly CTC: ₹19,000 plus attractive performance-based incentives.
