Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact with current and prospective clients via phone, email, and social channels using approved messaging and qualification methods.
  • Utilize basic problem-solving skills to evaluate client needs and decide suitable next steps aligned with established guidelines.
  • Maintain continuous communication and collaborate closely with the Global Business Acceleration management, Development, and GTM teams.
  • Leverage brand-approved marketing content to deliver a tailored and engaging experience to potential clients.
  • Ensure detailed and accurate documentation of all outreach and follow-up activities in ServiceNow’s internal systems to support reporting and forecasts.
  • Engage in training including development simulations and onsite competitions, aiming to consistently meet performance indicators.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

  • Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with an aptitude to learn and apply standard outreach and qualification protocols.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues across sales, marketing, renewals, development, and leadership teams.
  • Maintain a high degree of motivation, inquisitiveness, and openness to coaching and constructive feedback.
  • Show resilience, reliability, confidence, teamwork, enthusiasm, and adaptability to coaching.
  • Have a willingness to learn and utilize AI-driven tools to innovate outreach, prioritize tasks, and optimize daily workflows.
  • Display strong organizational skills and attention to detail, following established procedures for activity logging and follow-ups.
  • Possess the ability to influence stakeholders and instill urgency to drive issues to resolution.
  • Have a fundamental understanding of cloud computing and SaaS or a readiness to learn rapidly.
  • Be prepared to participate in live development exercises, in-person messaging events, and meet defined performance metrics.
  • Show interest in cultivating customer relationships, qualifying sales opportunities, and contributing to early sales pipeline that generates company revenue.
  • Commit fully to Global Business Acceleration development programs with the goal of establishing a lasting career at ServiceNow within four years.
