Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager at SymBio based in Cologne, you will actively contribute to and implement business development and marketing initiatives across various sectors within the legal services domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and shape business development and marketing projects spanning different sectors.
- Develop compelling proposals and acquisition materials to ensure a highly professional representation to clients.
- Support Key Account Management and participate in initiatives aimed at sustainable client acquisition and retention.
- Drive innovation by engaging with technology projects, including AI applications and sector-specific software, allowing scope for creative input.
- Prepare data for key rankings and industry directories to enhance the firm’s strategic market positioning.
Candidate Profile
- Completed higher education in economics, business studies or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of professional experience in business development or marketing, specifically gained within a law firm environment or direct legal services sector.
- Excellent communication skills in both fluent German and English.
- Structured, self-motivated work style combined with confident interaction at partner level.
- Proficient use of MS Office and familiarity with modern AI and planning tools.
