About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to assigned clientele and engage in professional conversations.

- Persistently follow up on cases until resolution is achieved.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification of 12th standard (PU) or currently enrolled/having completed undergraduate studies.
- No prior work experience required; freshers and dropouts are encouraged.
- Strong verbal communication skills and confidence in telephone interactions.
- Basic proficiency with computers including typing and system usage.
