About the Role

We are offering a full-time position as a Business Development Executive based in Sharjah, UAE. This role involves managing daily business operations, collaborating with multiple departments, and maintaining vital partnerships with food aggregators and suppliers. Additionally, the role supports menu creation and food cost management.

Key Responsibilities

• Explore and evaluate new markets, clients, and growth opportunities.
• Maintain and develop relationships with online food delivery platforms and suppliers.
• Negotiate supplier contracts while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Work closely on menu development initiatives and conduct detailed food costing analysis.
• Implement effective waste and inventory control systems to optimize costs.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven background in business development, vendor management or related sectors.
• Knowledge and experience with online food aggregator platforms.
• Proficient in lead generation and converting prospects into sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Understanding of food costing and waste management is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
