Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive responsible for student counseling, admission processing, and administrative coordination with teams and educational partners. This role involves direct interaction with candidates, ensuring a smooth admission journey and addressing queries effectively.
Primary Responsibilities
- Guide and counsel candidates visiting the campus on admissions and processes.
- Evaluate candidate eligibility criteria for program admission.
- Liaise with accounts and student support teams to verify documentation and payment status.
- Handle and resolve students' questions and concerns promptly.
- Compile and submit admission cancellation reports and relevant documents to the affiliated university every two weeks.
Additional Details
- Languages required: English, Marathi, and Hindi.
- Workdays: Monday to Saturday, from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, with Sundays off.
- Work location: Pune, Maharashtra.
- Compensation: Annual package ranges between 300,000 to 450,000 INR, with attractive incentives dependent on individual skills.
- Experience required: 6 months to 1 year in sales, ideally within the EdTech or education sectors.
