Overview
This Business Development Executive role offers an exciting opportunity at a growing IT solutions firm specializing in IT support, cyber security, cloud, and broader technology services. The position involves targeting new business growth across the North of England and Midlands regions.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is between 33,000 and 38,000 annually, with additional commission potential approximating 15,000 OTE annually, uncapped. Benefits include hybrid working with one day required in the office per week, 23 days of paid holiday, pension contributions, bonus opportunities, and excellent training and development programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential new clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Initiate and cultivate relationships with decision-makers within target organizations.
- Employ consultative selling techniques to offer tailored IT solutions meeting customer needs rather than competing on price alone.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Proven experience in solution-based or consultative sales.
- Holder of a valid driving licence with daily access to a car.
- Demonstrated ambition and drive to achieve success.
- Genuine interest in technology products and solutions.
