Business Development Executive

Job Overview

We are in search of a motivated Business Development Executive to enhance our team. This role focuses on transforming vetted leads into finalized deals, requiring excellent counseling capabilities, a comprehensive grasp of the education sector, and an emphasis on consistent monthly revenue achievement.

Core Responsibilities

• Interact with potential clients supplied by the organization.
• Effectively counsel prospects by identifying their requirements and proposing appropriate i2Global products.
• Facilitate deal closures through persistent follow-ups, online meetings, and negotiations aimed at high conversion rates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to arrange product demonstrations, resolve queries, and support seamless client onboarding.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions, progress status, and closure information within the CRM system.
• Achieve or surpass monthly sales and conversion objectives in line with the company's sales strategy.
• Provide daily updates on progress and conversion figures to the designated manager.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Preferably up to one year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service sectors.
• Strong communication skills coupled with persuasion abilities.
• Capability to perform well under pressure utilizing effective follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software, email correspondence, and Google Sheets is advantageous.
