Overview
We are seeking an energetic and proactive Inside Sales Specialist to enhance online lead generation and bookings for our premium sports venue. This position suits those passionate about sports, adept at digital platforms, and skilled at converting online interest into real engagement on the court.
Key Duties
- Handle inbound leads efficiently by responding quickly to inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Google, and sports booking systems like Hudle.
- Proactively generate new business by reaching out to corporate HR departments, IT parks, schools, and community organizations to secure bulk bookings and tournaments.
- Engage with sports communities and enthusiasts on social media and online forums to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Maintain organized lead tracking and consistently follow up to ensure conversion of inquiries into confirmed court bookings and memberships.
- Partner with management to develop and execute promotional campaigns, corporate packages, and special event offers on weekends.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should be passionate about sports, have experience or comfort with digital engagement, and demonstrate strong communication and sales skills to handle multiple platforms and clientele effectively.
Additional Details
The role is based in Delhi-NCR and requires onsite presence. The compensation offers a monthly range between 5000 and 8000 INR.
