Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Business Analyst to convert complex business data into clear, actionable insights. This role supports enhancing operational efficiency and guiding strategic decisions across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine business, sales, marketing, and operations data to detect trends, identify opportunities, and pinpoint improvement areas.
• Develop, maintain, and refine dashboards, reports, and performance monitoring tools focused on essential business metrics.
• Work closely with multiple departments such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to gather business needs and deliver data-driven advice.
• Track and assess lead funnel effectiveness, conversion performance, learner acquisition rates, customer retention, and other vital business indicators to fuel growth.
• Recognize inefficiencies in processes and propose scalable, data-supported solutions to boost operational effectiveness.
• Perform on-demand analyses to assist leadership in making informed strategic choices.
• Prepare comprehensive business reports, presentations, and executive summaries tailored for senior leadership audiences.
• Ensure high data quality by maintaining accuracy, consistency, and integrity across diverse data sources, upholding rigorous reporting standards.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Between 2 to 4 years of professional experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar analytical positions.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot table functionalities, and data analysis methods.
• Proficient in SQL for extracting, transforming, and analyzing data sets.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence and data visualization platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities with a strong focus on detail.
• Excellent communication skills and experience managing stakeholder relationships by translating data into pragmatic business actions.
• Capability to juggle multiple tasks and excel in a dynamic and rapidly expanding work environment.
• Prior experience within EdTech, SaaS, or consumer internet sectors is advantageous.

Additional Information

• Work Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru, India (office-based).
• Work Schedule: Six days per week, Monday to Saturday.
