Role Overview and Responsibilities

We focus on delivering analyses and insights that enhance the experience for our partner restaurants by optimizing key logistical attributes.

• Evaluate internal survey outcomes to identify growth opportunities in major aspects of the restaurant experience;
• Integrate data from surveys, behavioral patterns, and operations to understand how restaurant perceptions align with actual operational conditions;
• Conduct statistical analyses and experiments, converting data into clear, actionable recommendations for products, processes, and development roadmaps;
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor restaurant experiences and facilitate strategic decision-making;
• Experiment with artificial intelligence approaches, including designing skills, agents, and automations to boost analytical efficiency;
• Collaborate closely with product, data, operations, and research teams.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Completed higher education in fields such as Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Data Science or relevant areas;
• Proficient in data analysis, SQL, data visualization tools, and applied statistics;
• Familiarity with survey design, experimentation methodologies, and indicator interpretation;
• Ability to translate analyses into practical business recommendations;
• Knowledge or hands-on experience with generative artificial intelligence, including large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, skills, or agents;
• A curious, collaborative, proactive personality with strong analytical rigor;
• Clear communication skills and aptitude to explain complex topics to diverse audiences.
