Our solution enables organizations to improve their budgeting, planning, and reporting processes, accelerating planning cycles and delivering enhanced financial insights. We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Business Analyst to join our expanding remote team. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and skilled at converting business requirements into technical solutions to support financial excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders through workshops, interviews, and detailed examination.
• Create clear and concise functional specifications, user stories, and process maps that translate complex business needs.
• Review and map existing financial processes, identifying optimization opportunities using the Vena platform.
• Act as a critical bridge between business and technical teams to ensure solutions meet strategic goals.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation including requirement and solution design documents.
• Support testing and validation efforts to confirm new features and configurations fulfill business needs.
• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Facilitate effective communication across all project stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in technology or finance sectors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to varied audiences.
• Practical knowledge gathering requirements, process mapping, and conducting business process analysis.
• Solid foundation in financial concepts including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple responsibilities in a fully remote setting.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field is highly valued.
• Familiarity with FP&A software, business intelligence tools, or Microsoft technology experience is a plus.
