Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Engage directly with clients to lead initial discussions about project scope and collaborate with sales and delivery teams on quotations and proposals.
- Organize and facilitate client workshops to capture, define, and document business requirements.
- Develop well-crafted proposals that clearly address customer needs and requirements.
- Work closely with Solution Architects and team members to validate solution design strategies for projects.
- Prepare presentations targeting potential clients to showcase the company's services and offerings.
- Partner effectively with sales teams to support business development efforts.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience as a business analyst or presales consultant.
- Prior experience with Commerce, Marketing, or CRM software implementations preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently within a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team setting with ongoing challenges.
