Position Overview
We are seeking an Excel Specialist for an hourly contract position offering flexible remote work. The compensation ranges from $20 to $60 per hour, with a commitment of 10 to 40 hours per week. This role focuses on designing sophisticated business scenarios and collaborating with AI to enhance business document generation and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop complex business models and scenarios utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Generate, review, and assess Office Open XML format files such as spreadsheets (.xlsx), documents (.docx), and presentations (.pptx).
- Work closely with artificial intelligence systems to create, critique, and refine business documents.
- Analyze AI-generated content and provide comprehensive feedback regarding its accuracy and quality.
- Create practical business use cases applicable to various industries and operational functions.
- Record insights and suggest improvements to boost AI capabilities and performance.
- Communicate insights and findings effectively with diverse teams and AI training coordinators.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel including advanced spreadsheet techniques.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and managing Office Open XML document formats.
- Strong skills in business analysis and detailed document evaluation.
- Experience in constructing reports, business models, and scenario development.
- Exceptional communication abilities, both written and oral.
- Highly analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a remote team environment.
