Role Overview

The Digital Solutions Specialist role focuses on actively contributing to the delivery and execution of both strategic projects and business-as-usual (BAU) initiatives. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, managing user acceptance testing, providing implementation support, and fostering continuous improvement to enhance digital experiences impacting millions across the region.

Key Duties

• Engage in or lead delivery and deployment of strategic and BAU enhancements as requested by business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand workflows, documenting required rules and improvements.
• Develop comprehensive business requirements that address current needs and anticipate future changes.
• Assess alternative technology solutions with IT teams, providing suitable recommendations.
• Convert business needs into detailed test scenarios and expected outcomes for user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Oversee or participate in UAT execution; secure official sign-off upon successful testing.
• Work alongside stakeholders to prioritize modifications ensuring timelines remain unaffected.
• Contribute to project timeline and resource planning, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary.
• Provide mentorship and direction to junior analysts.
• Create, review, and deliver training content to agency personnel.
• Pursue continual professional development to stay aligned with evolving business and digital trends.

Candidate Profile

• Degree holder preferably in Business IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in business analysis or digital implementation roles.
• Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder engagement.
• Digitally proficient with enthusiasm for enhancing digital user experiences.
• Positive mindset, open to sharing knowledge and learning from others.
• Capable of working independently under pressure and effectively within teams.
