Business Analyst – Cargo Handling

Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst with over six years of experience specializing in air cargo handling operations. The position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and requires onsite presence. The role involves partnering closely with business stakeholders and project teams to drive process improvements and solution implementation within an Agile/Scrum framework, offering a budget up to SAR 17,500 per month all-inclusive.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and assess business needs related to cargo handling processes.
• Create comprehensive documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), User Stories, and detailed Process Flows.
• Engage in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and contribute to ongoing process enhancement and solution deployment.
• Operate effectively within Agile and Scrum project methodologies.

Mandatory Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum six years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
• Direct hands-on expertise in air cargo handling operations is essential.
• Proven capability in requirement gathering, creating BRDs/FRDs, process mapping, writing user stories, and managing UAT.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Availability for immediate or early joining preferred.
• Note: Candidates without experience in air cargo handling will not be considered.
