Business Analyst

Overview

Join as a Business Analyst responsible for bridging the gap between clients and engineering teams by translating unclear business challenges into precise requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. This full-time hybrid role is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery phases including stakeholder interviews, process documentation, and competitive analysis.
• Produce clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria accompanied by measurable results.
• Collaborate with designers to develop wireframes and flowcharts to confirm project scope early on.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test plans, managing defect triage sessions, and coordinating final approvals.
• Analyze product usage data to guide prioritization decisions.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum two years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in software development projects.
• Proficient in documentation tools like Notion or Confluence and diagramming with Figma or Miro.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and verification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with client-facing experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech or ERP industries.
• Certifications such as CBAP or CSPO.
