Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-focused and analytical Business Analyst to serve as a connector between business objectives and technological solutions. This position involves gathering and analyzing requirements, examining current workflows, identifying avenues for enhancement, and aiding in the successful execution of projects and strategic initiatives.

Key Duties

• Collect, document, and analyze business needs from various departmental stakeholders.
• Assess existing business processes, workflows, and systems to spot improvement opportunities.
• Convert business demands into functional specs, user stories, process diagrams, and official business documentation.
• Work alongside stakeholders, project leads, development, and operations teams to implement effective solutions.
• Perform data and business performance analyses as well as review processes to inform decisions.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather insights and align goals.
• Assist in project planning, testing, rollout, and managing change.
• Create business cases, reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Conduct gap, root cause, and impact analyses for various business initiatives.
• Support user acceptance testing ensuring end solutions fulfill requirements.
• Track project results and suggest improvements for ongoing enhancement.
• Maintain precise business documents, flow charts, and project archives.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in business analysis, consulting, operations, project coordination, or data examination is desirable.
• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation capabilities.
• Competency in eliciting, recording, and interpreting complex business needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and documentation software.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, Power BI, or Tableau is beneficial.
• Knowledge of business process modeling, project management, and system implementation methods is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational aptitude with ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Preferably holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
