Job Responsibilities
- Transport colleagues from accommodation to the hotel and back courteously and safely.
- Keep the bus clean and conduct regular maintenance checks.
- Maintain and update the vehicle logbook accurately.
- Present a smart and well-groomed appearance with a friendly and cheerful attitude at all times.
- Provide routine updates and reports to the Transportation/Employee Services Manager.
- Foster strong relationships with associates and resolve passenger complaints courteously.
- Adhere to required service standards and cooperate closely with departments such as Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage.
- Participate in all scheduled training sessions.
- Stay informed about daily activities and be knowledgeable about all hotel facilities.
- Conduct minor vehicle maintenance and servicing as needed, including fueling and scheduled upkeep.
- Prepare trip, accident, and incident reports as required.
- Remain familiar with UAE roads, landmarks, and local traffic regulations, especially within Dubai.
- Coordinate effectively with the Transportation Team Leader and adhere to operational standards.
- Perform any other reasonable duties assigned.
Candidate Qualifications
- Diploma or high school certificate is required.
- 1 to 3 years of experience driving in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment or relevant UAE driving experience.
- Valid UAE driver's license mandatory.
