Job Overview

This position involves maintaining cleanliness and order within urban commercial environments such as office buildings, shopping centers, and malls. Candidates should have a secondary school diploma and ideally some relevant experience. English language proficiency is required.

Main Duties

• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish various types of floors.
• Dust and clean furniture surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect elevators to maintain hygiene standards.
• Manage and report lost and found items appropriately.
• Provide basic facility information when requested.
• Collect debris and empty trash containers regularly.
• Perform general light housekeeping and cleaning tasks as needed.

Additional Information

The role requires passing a criminal record check and maintaining a confidential security clearance.

Candidates must have their own transportation, though public transit options may also be accessible.

• Capable of performing repetitive tasks and handling physically demanding duties.
• Comfortable working independently and managing work pressure.
• Ability to handle loads weighing up to 23 kilograms (50 pounds).
• Regularly bend, crouch, kneel, sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
