Role Overview
As a contributor to our linguistic projects, you will remotely engage in tasks such as categorization, annotation, correction, transcription, evaluation, conversational interactions, voice recording, content creation, localization, and validation of multimedia including audio, video, images, and text. These assignments are accessed through an online platform that is available around the clock.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent proficiency in British English with excellent listening and accurate written skills free from spelling mistakes
- General fluency in English for precise audio-to-text transcription
- Basic competency in computer use
Preferred but Non-Mandatory Skills
- Prior experience with data annotation or content evaluation
- High level of attention to detail
Technical and Equipment Needs
- Personal computer with at least 4GB of RAM
- Microphone and webcam
- Operating system: Windows 10 or newer, or macOS 13 Ventura or newer, fully updated and supported
- Reliable internet connection with secure password-protected location
- Headphones
- For audio collection tasks, an Android mobile phone is required; tablets and iOS devices are unsupported
