About the Role
Taif Group is seeking an enthusiastic and strategic Brand Manager to take charge of assigned brand portfolios. The role involves overseeing complete marketing operations to maintain brand integrity, drive commercial expansion, and effectively implement marketing campaigns on various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement detailed brand strategies.
- Manage all marketing activities related to assigned brands.
- Design and oversee the yearly marketing calendar.
- Liaise with teams across Creative, Digital, PR, Retail, CRM, E-commerce, and Sales departments.
- Track brand metrics and pinpoint opportunities for expansion.
- Coordinate planning and launch of new products.
- Oversee campaign effectiveness and allocate marketing budgets efficiently.
- Maintain consistency of brand messaging at every consumer interaction point.
- Conduct analyses of competitors and market trends.
- Compile monthly reports evaluating performance and suggesting improvements.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
- At least three years of experience within Brand Management or Marketing roles.
- Preferably experienced in sectors such as retail, beauty, luxury, fragrance, or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
- Proficient in project coordination and communication.
- Demonstrates strategic thinking paired with strong commercial insight.
