Overview

The Brand Manager will be an integral part of the client success and operations team at GigaBrands, positioned between the Brand Director and Junior Brand Managers. This role involves overseeing daily client accounts, implementing strategies that boost sales, and guaranteeing top-tier service delivery for multiple Amazon brands.

Responsibilities

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams specializing in PPC, SEO, design, and catalog management to activate client strategies effectively. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, you will balance relationship nurturing, operational execution, and performance enhancement.

Team Development

Participation in "husks," internal team-building and developmental workshops, is expected to encourage continuous professional growth. Senior Brand Managers will additionally engage in weekly upskilling sessions to mentor and support their teams.

Qualifications

At least five years of experience in account or brand management, or leadership positions within eCommerce.
Documented success in managing client relationships and achieving measurable outcomes.
Strong leadership abilities with experience supervising diverse teams across various regions.
Comprehensive understanding of Amazon platform operations, including PPC, SEO, catalog management, design, and merchandising.
Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on detail-oriented task management, reporting, and workflow optimization.
Excellent communication and presentation capabilities for interacting with both clients and internal teams.
Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced, and client-centered environment.
Experience using project and task management tools such as ClickUp.
