Branch Sales Executive

Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a proactive Branch Sales Executive to serve in multiple locations including Tezpur, Lakhimpur, Dibrugarh, Tinsukia, Naharkatia, Duliajan, Moran, Along, Shilapathar, Jonai, Digboi, Doomdooma, Margherita, Bomdila, Tenja Valley, Nagaon, Morigaon, Lumding, Itanagar, Tawang, Spaa, Nirjuli, Daporijo, Tezu, and Ziro. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of customer requirements and employ a consultative sales approach, along with readiness to commence work immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers by addressing their needs with a consultative mindset to propose suitable solutions.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty.
• Perform market research to discover potential customers and gain insight into their requirements.
• Consistently achieve or surpass defined sales goals via effective customer interaction.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum education level of 12th grade or graduation.
• Capability to comprehend and meet customer needs effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building.
• Preference given to candidates local to the market to leverage geographical understanding.
• Immediate availability to join the role.

Compensation

Fixed salary range from 14,000 to 18,000 INR.

Product Focus

The role primarily involves selling Credit Card products.
