Role Overview
As a Branch Manager at Ascend Bizcap's Ludhiana branch, you will oversee sales and collection functions to ensure smooth branch performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate sales and collection activities within the branch.
- Develop effective partnerships with electric vehicle original equipment manufacturers (EV OEMs) and dealerships located within the designated territory.
- Achieve defined sales and collection goals consistently.
- Recruit new employees and conduct comprehensive training sessions for team development.
- Generate daily performance reports and maintain management information systems (MIS) accurately.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback regularly to enhance service satisfaction.
Compensation
The monthly remuneration ranges from 18000 to 35000 INR.
