Job description
Role Overview
This position entails managing rental space scheduling and related requirements for arts facilities. It involves conducting tours, estimating costs, generating usage proposals, and managing bookings including dates, times, insurance, equipment, and labor coordination. The role also requires contract execution and processing of deposits and rental payments. Additionally, maintaining client records, event documentation, phone support, and front desk duties are integral parts.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent credential along with some applicable collegiate or vocational education.
- At least four years of progressively responsible experience in customer service and administrative support.
- Strong computer skills with familiarity using Microsoft Office suite.
- Proficiency in bilingual communication (English and Spanish) is advantageous.

Compensation
This position falls under pay grade GG14, with an hourly wage range of $21.94 to $30.94.
