Role overview
Sytner Coventry is offering an opportunity for a Panel / MET Repair Technician to join its bodyshop team in the West Midlands. The role focuses on carrying out high-quality structural body repairs within agreed timeframes.
What the role involves
- Perform structural repairs on vehicles to a strong quality standard.
- Remove and refit mechanical, electrical and trim components.
- Complete structural body repair work.
- Carry out windscreen replacement work.
- Support diagnostic checks and investigations.
Working pattern
Bodyshop technicians may work flexible schedules, and weekend shifts can be part of the normal rota to help maintain a high level of customer service.
What the employer is looking for
The ideal candidate will already have experience as a Panel/MET Repair Technician. Prior exposure to a similar bodyshop setting will be an advantage, especially for someone who works well in a busy, fast-moving environment.
This position suits someone who takes pride in producing top-quality repairs, pays close attention to detail, and can manage time and workload effectively so jobs are finished within the expected timescales.
