Biology Expert

Job Summary

We seek an experienced Biology Expert to operate on a contract basis remotely, providing critical evaluation and expert assessment of biology-related data and content within AI development processes. This role involves crafting and refining complex biological scenarios and questions, ensuring the scientific integrity of datasets and system outputs employed for AI training in biology.

Key Duties

• Analyze and critique biology content and data used in AI workflows to ensure accuracy and depth.
• Develop and enhance scientific scenarios and explanations representing intricate, real-world biological issues.
• Provide expert perspectives to maintain the quality and relevance of training materials and AI outputs focused on biology.
• Collaborate with development teams to clarify uncertainties and improve the biological data used by AI systems.
• Document methodologies and rationale comprehensively to facilitate transparency and reproducibility in deliverables.
• Engage in repeated review and assessment cycles to continuously upgrade AI biological capabilities.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary knowledge-sharing sessions, enriching project results.

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in Biology or a closely related life sciences discipline.
• Strong grasp of fundamental biological concepts and ability to explain complex topics to diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to clearly present feedback and scientific insights.
• Experience with scientific data analysis and critical review of research findings.
• Proven independent work ethic with consistent delivery of high-standard results.
• Background in interdisciplinary scientific or tech projects; AI-related experience is beneficial but not required.
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to scientific accuracy and rigor.
